Shipping & Handling Policy
(“Shipping Policy”)

Order Processing
All orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received by Max International. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or inventory delays, shipment times may be slightly extended. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay in your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. After the order is processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional shipping delays. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs, or weather conditions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Shipping Locations and International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and many other countries. Special rates and local policies may apply for orders being shipped outside of the United States.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For shipments outside the United States, Max International is not responsible for any tariffs, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or similar amounts applied to your order during or after shipment. All such taxes, fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Max International is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
